About the role#
As an Application Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the design-to-manufacturing process for mission-critical infrastructure. You will work alongside engineers and manufacturing teams to manage technical documentation and product data. This role offers exposure to engineering workflows and product development within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Develop, modify, and update CAD drawings and engineering documentation.
- Manage part numbers and product data within the ERP system.
- Support revision control processes to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to keep technical records current.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
- A strong interest in product development, design, and manufacturing.
