About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will support our team in attracting and hiring talent while contributing to projects that improve our internal processes. This role provides exposure to recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and market research within the manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiters by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify recruiting trends.
- Assist with interview scheduling and manage candidate communications.
- Review existing recruiting workflows and help document standard operating procedures.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and operational insights.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset and a genuine interest in process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
