About the role#
This Behavior Analysis Practicum is a full-time position for students pursuing a master's degree in psychology. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years old. This role is designed to help you complete your fieldwork hours while developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
