About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our Kingwood center. This role supports your transition to becoming a BCBA while you provide care to children between 18 months and 8 years old. We offer a structured path to certification for qualified candidates.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Work alongside BCBAs and the clinical team.
- Complete BDS modules by allocating 8 hours per week outside of direct care.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- Verification that all restricted hours are completed.
