About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our Master's level practicum program. This role is designed for current Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians who are working toward their BCBA certification. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in our center.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collect and track data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care duties, to complete BDS modules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Master's program in Psychology or a related field.
- Status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
