About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Analysis Practicum position in Oakdale, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid role designed for individuals working toward their BCBA certification. You will work on-site at our center.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Work with children between the ages of 18 months and 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of at least 1700 of the 2000 required fieldwork hours (85%).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
