About the role#
This Behavior Analysis Practicum is a full-time, paid position for students pursuing a master's degree in psychology. You will work on-site to provide early intervention therapy and support the development of children between 18 months and 13 years old. This role is designed to help you complete your fieldwork hours and prepare for the BACB exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of at least 1700 of the 2000 required fieldwork hours (85%).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
