About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our Rising Stars program. This is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for students currently enrolled in an accredited master's program. We provide a structured path to help you complete your supervision hours and prepare for the BACB exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to support client progress.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program focused on psychology or a related field.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

- This is an on-site position.
