About the role#
This is a Behavior Analysis Practicum for master's level students. You will join our team to gain supervised clinical experience while providing therapy in a center-based setting. This role is designed for individuals near the completion of their fieldwork requirements who aim to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on patient progress.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support patient outcomes.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Prepare for and sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program related to Psychology.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
