About the role#
We are hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our team in Minneapolis. This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited master's program who are working toward their BCBA certification. We accept applications on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and your team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of your fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours completed.
- A commitment to excellence.
