About the role#
We are looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our team in Austin. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for individuals currently accruing supervision hours. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between 18 months and 8 years old.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in our center.
- Support the development of children in early childhood.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate directly with BCBAs on our team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 1700+ fieldwork hours.
- At least 85% of total fieldwork hours accrued.
- All restricted hours completed.
- A commitment to excellence in your practice.
