About the role#
This Student Analyst position is designed for individuals currently completing their master's degree in Psychology and working toward BCBA certification. You will join our team to gain supervised experience while providing direct care in a center-based environment. This role requires a commitment to sitting for the BACB exam within six months of joining.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children between 18 months and 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program in Psychology.
- Completion of at least 1700 of the 2000 required fieldwork hours.
- Completion of all restricted hours.
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
