About the role#
This position is for a Student Analyst looking to complete their supervision hours and transition into a BCBA role. You will work in a center-based setting, providing early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old. This is a full-time, on-site role with rolling applications.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Develop your clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support patient care.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Current employment as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 1700 out of 2000 required fieldwork hours (85% progress).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
