About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Student Analyst for our Rising Stars program. This full-time, on-site role is for individuals currently accruing supervision hours who are ready to work toward becoming a BCBA. You will work in a center-based setting to support children with autism.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality care.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Completion of 1700 out of 2000 required fieldwork hours (85%).
- Completion of all required restricted hours.
