About the role#
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Student Analyst at the graduate level. You will work within a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children. The role is designed for individuals currently accruing supervision hours who are looking to transition into a BCBA position.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support patient care.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as an RBT.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program related to Psychology.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
