About the role#
This is a part-time student internship within the Workforce Development program. You will support the team through a mix of administrative tasks and project-based work. This role is based on-site and offers a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Visit patients and their families and deliver support services.
- Provide administrative office coverage, including answering phones and maintaining computer data.
- Prepare documents, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with research projects, data analysis, and report creation.
- Enter data and manage filing systems.
- Communicate with the public and staff at all levels of the health system.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds, reaching overhead, and pushing wheelchairs or supply carts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, Master's, or postgraduate program.
- A GED or equivalent.
- Strong skills in planning, prioritizing, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments.

- Location: Aurora Sinai Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Part-time.
- Compensation: $18.85 to $28.30 per hour.
