    About the role#

    This is a part-time student internship within the Workforce Development program. You will support the team through a mix of administrative tasks and project-based work. This role is based on-site and offers a rolling start date.

    What you'll do#

    • Visit patients and their families and deliver support services.
    • Provide administrative office coverage, including answering phones and maintaining computer data.
    • Prepare documents, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    • Assist with research projects, data analysis, and report creation.
    • Enter data and manage filing systems.
    • Communicate with the public and staff at all levels of the health system.
    • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds, reaching overhead, and pushing wheelchairs or supply carts.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate, Master's, or postgraduate program.
    • A GED or equivalent.
    • Strong skills in planning, prioritizing, and problem solving.
    • Proficiency in computer use.
    • Clear oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Aurora Sinai Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
    • Schedule: Part-time.
    • Compensation: $18.85 to $28.30 per hour.
