    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity to gain professional experience within the insurance industry. You will work under the direction of experienced personnel to learn company operations, policies, and business standards. The program includes training, project work, and participation in roundtable feedback discussions to help you develop your technical, analytical, and leadership skills.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with projects related to computer operations, programming, software development, and hardware.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports for management.
    • Help your team identify process improvements.
    • Observe experienced staff to learn departmental methods and procedures.
    • Complete assigned duties and participate in strategic work assignments.

    What you'll need#

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to accept responsibility, show flexibility with assignments, and demonstrate dependability.

    Location & details#

    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: This is a hybrid role. You will work from a home office within the continental US and report to the office in Columbus, Georgia, for at least 60% of the work week.
    • Compensation: The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.
    • Housing: Corporate housing is provided for non-local candidates.
