    About the role#

    This summer internship is based in Herndon, Virginia, within the Customer Resolution Services (CRS) Americas team. You will support a mission-critical operation that provides 24/7 support to airlines, MROs, and other industry partners. This is a full-time, on-site role for the summer of 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Support process improvement initiatives across Satair channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to deploy improvement projects.
    • Contribute to the development of performance management as part of the Global CRS Performance Management Network.
    • Assist with project management tasks for continuous improvement efforts within the CRS organization.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Ability to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
    • Understanding of business metrics and financials, along with the ability to work with data to provide analysis.
    • Proven ability to develop business cases and manage projects of varying complexity from start to finish.
    • Interest in logistics, shipping, and customer service within the aerospace sector.

    • Location: Herndon, Virginia.
    • Modality: 100% on-site.
    • Term: May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027 (12 weeks).
    • Compensation: Paid internship ($24 - $39.75 per hour, depending on degree program and year in school).
    • Benefits: Includes an Employee Assistance Program and paid time off.
