    About the role#

    This internship offers the opportunity to join the Methods Configuration department at our Mirabel facility. You will work within an international team on strategic projects, contributing directly to our assembly plant operations. This is a paid, full-time position for the Fall 2025 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage several small to medium scale projects simultaneously.
    • Establish project timelines and present them to internal clients.
    • Create and update layout drawings using AutoCAD.
    • Plan and perform production time studies using STAT UMT, Access, and Excel.
    • Compile and analyze data to produce reports on opportunities for improvement.
    • Support workplace organization and redevelopment tasks.
    • Develop technical documents, tools, and templates.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives within our production framework.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently completing a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or automated production engineering.
    • Minimum of 1 year of study completed in your program.
    • Good project management skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and functional proficiency in English.
    • Interest in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

    • Location: Mirabel, Quebec.
    • Term: Fall 2025 (starts September 8, 2025, for 4 months).
    • Modality: Hybrid (includes remote work options).
    • Hours: 40 hours per week.
