About the role#
Satair is looking for a Summer Intern to join the Operations team in Dulles, Virginia. This role provides exposure to warehouse operations, customer resolution services, planning, and supply management. You will work with the regional operational leadership team to bridge strategy and execution for aerospace solutions. This is a full-time, on-site internship for the summer of 2027, running from May 17th to August 6th.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize operational data into reports and presentations to support management decisions.
- Work with the regional operational leadership team to understand daily business functions.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within existing processes.
- Assist project leaders with various tasks and maintain project documentation.
- Participate in governance meetings that involve the broader Satair operational organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering at an accredited institution.
- Strong computer skills with experience using Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in the US without current or future need of visa sponsorship.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Physical requirements include the ability to wear required personal protective equipment, such as safety shoes and glasses, when visiting the shop floor.
