About the role#
Alcon is hiring Business & Operations Interns for the Summer 2027 program in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience through collaboration with professional teams. You will work on real-world projects that support our operations and commercial goals.
What you'll do#
- Define KPIs and create automated reports to track program effectiveness and customer performance.
- Analyze market data and sales figures to find growth opportunities.
- Help manage sales-training and professional-education initiatives.
- Create a comprehensive product launch playbook for marketing communications.
- Assist project managers with tracking deliverables and coordinating across different teams.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university for at least one semester before and after the internship.
- Pursuit of a bachelor degree in business, marketing, finance, accounting, operations, communications, or project management.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
- Ability to commit to a 10-12 week, full-time schedule.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
