About the role#
As a Supply Chain intern, you will support teams working to improve efficiency, cost, and customer service across global operations. You will work on projects within purchasing, business planning, distribution, demand planning, product lifecycle management, or the project management office. This is a full-time, paid summer internship based in Portage, Michigan.
What you'll do#
- Partner with suppliers to procure raw materials at the right quality, price, and timing.
- Schedule production to balance cost efficiency with customer demand.
- Support the monthly Executive Demand Review and assist with demand planning.
- Analyze product portfolios and support lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to the analysis of project timelines, budgets, and resource reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship ends.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or above is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
