    About the role#

    Stryker offers a Mechanical Engineering internship focused on medical technology development. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Massachusetts. Interns contribute to meaningful projects within Research and Development, New Product Development, or Test Lab teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to solve technical challenges and gain exposure to business leaders.

    What you'll do#

    • Identify needs and goals for future products through cross-functional collaboration.
    • Research new technologies, customer expectations, and business requirements.
    • Design and build fixtures to simulate real-life situations.
    • Perform quantitative testing of product technical specifications.
    • Document complex processes and present them in a clear format.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the internship.
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
