About the role#
As a Quality Engineering Intern in Microbiology or Sterility Assurance, you will contribute to meaningful projects within our medical equipment manufacturing operations. This role provides an opportunity to apply your academic background to real-world engineering challenges while working alongside experienced teams. You will gain exposure to product sustainment, risk evaluation, and quality assurance processes.
What you'll do#
- Apply your classroom knowledge to support projects in a professional setting.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product sustainment.
- Document complex processes and present your findings in a clear format.
- Evaluate product risk to ensure all customer user needs are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the internship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
