About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time internship program for the Summer 2027 term. You will work hands-on with district managers to learn how to operate multi-million dollar business locations. This role is based on-site in Moreno Valley, California.
What you'll do#
- Shadow store managers and manager trainees to learn the fundamentals of daily store operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, sales books, invoice processing, and memo verification.
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and orientations.
- Support store inventory management, store resets, and grand openings.
- Develop a report and presentation on a specific operational area to present to company executives.
- Learn to interpret and apply company policies and procedures during customer walks and store tours.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A professional approach to building relationships and working within a team.

- Location: Moreno Valley, California.
- Duration: 10 weeks, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid at $28.00 per hour with eligibility for overtime.
