About the role#
Allied Solutions LLC is hiring a Financial Planning & Acquisitions Intern to work on-site in Carmel, Indiana. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date. You will gain experience in corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions while working with the FP&A team.
What you'll do#
- Support monthly financial performance reviews through variance analysis and forecasting.
- Help with the 2028 enterprise planning and budgeting cycle.
- Assist with financial due diligence, acquisition modeling, valuation, and financial impact analysis.
- Run financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
- Partner with the team on reporting and process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Work on ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- A degree focus in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in financial planning, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
