About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship running from May 17th to August 6th, 2027. You will work on-site at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. The program focuses on hands-on experience across social media strategy, executive presentations, and corporate marketing initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Manage the corporate LinkedIn content calendar and coordinate campaigns, events, and marketing priorities.
- Partner with the Senior Creative Designer to create branded visuals that align with our voice and target audiences.
- Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics to identify trends and recommend ways to improve engagement.
- Support the development of market-facing and executive presentations from initial intake to final delivery.
- Transform complex data and stakeholder input into clear narratives and visual slides.
- Monitor financial services and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, design, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An eye for detail and an understanding of basic design principles like layout and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
