About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time internship program designed for undergraduate students. You will work from our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana, from May 17th to August 6th, 2027. The role focuses on learning, development, and hands-on experience by partnering with internal departments to evaluate business processes, policies, and controls.
What you'll do#
- Assess business processes and operational activities to identify risks, control weaknesses, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate root causes, corrective actions, and remediation effectiveness.
- Support client, vendor, and third-party due diligence activities and documentation.
- Participate in control design and effectiveness testing.
- Analyze trends and enhance reporting, dashboards, and management visibility.
- Support business continuity planning, compliance assessments, and monitoring.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and prioritize work.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
