About the role#
This is a 12-week full-time internship program within the Enterprise Technology Department at Allied Solutions. You will gain hands-on experience by working on software development projects that impact our clients. The program runs from May 17th to August 6th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write code that meets user story acceptance criteria using test-driven development.
- Debug code and analyze data, queries, and application behavior to diagnose defects.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, designers, and system owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Modernize existing applications on AWS and deliver changes via CI/CD pipelines.
- Use AI tools in daily tasks to improve efficiency, including writing prompts and verifying AI-generated code.
- Present project results to the team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior in Computer Science or a related field.
- Coursework or project experience with at least one programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Exposure to relational databases and SQL.
- Experience using AI tools to support coding.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to ask questions and participate in code reviews.

- Duration: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
