About the role#
The Talent Management Intern will work with the Learning and Development Department to support leadership development programs and employee training. This 12-week program provides hands-on experience in talent management, curriculum development, and data analysis. You will work full-time at our headquarters to gain a practical understanding of how HR and talent teams function within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.
- Conduct research on talent management trends and benchmarks to provide recommendations.
- Assess employee development needs and define resources to support learning.
- Support the development of reports on talent and learning trends.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior.
- Pursuit of a degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.

- Location: Carmel, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17 to August 6).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
