About the role#
As a Digital Product Management intern within Enterprise Technology Services, you will contribute to product and platform initiatives that shape customer and colleague experiences. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and design to help build products that create measurable value. This summer program provides hands-on experience in product strategy, technology delivery, and data-informed decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, data analysts, and architects to support product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning.
- Frame customer and colleague problems, define opportunities, and document product requirements, user stories, and solution concepts.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder engagement, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Analyze customer, product, and operational data to identify trends and recommendations that improve experiences.
- Evaluate how AI or automation can improve customer journeys, internal products, or team processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Master’s degree program in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Product Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and form clear recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to explain product decisions and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
