About the role#
This summer internship program is designed for graduate students to contribute to the U.S. Consumer Services division. You will support the development of products related to card services, lending, and membership benefits. You will work on projects that impact our digital product strategy and customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Own a specific project that contributes to the launch or evolution of card, lending, or membership products.
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products.
- Identify customer needs to build experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams across the company to launch products.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Product Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 2 years of professional work experience in product management, strategy, consulting, customer insights, or a related business function.
- Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
