About the role#
As a Product Development Intern within Global Commercial Services, you will contribute to the product strategy for commercial banking, cash flow management, or payment products. You will join a team focused on identifying customer needs and building solutions for business clients. This is a full-time summer internship for graduate students.
What you'll do#
- Develop business cases for new products, features, and customer experiences.
- Shape product marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Derive insights from the competitive landscape and customer feedback.
- Synthesize analytics and financials to develop data-driven recommendations, define success metrics, and evaluate product performance.
- Support product development by documenting requirements, maintaining backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Design to support product launches and enhancements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time graduate degree program, such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Data Science.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 3 years of prior full-time work experience.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company visa sponsorship.
