About the role#
This summer internship offers undergraduate students the opportunity to join the U.S. Consumer Services team. You will support various initiatives, manage end-to-end processes, and contribute to the growth and performance of our business units. This is a full-time, paid position based in New York.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with project management across multiple initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify and propose growth opportunities that improve business performance.
- Build and track performance indicators to gain insights into customer behavior.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Share best practices and provide consultancy to your team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or Finance.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of accountability.
- Proficiency with Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present materials to peers and leadership.
