About the role#
As a Digital Product Management Intern, you will join the Enterprise Technology Services organization. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and design to help shape experiences for our customers and colleagues. This role provides exposure to product strategy, technology delivery, and data-informed decision making.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Architects to support product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution concepts.
- Conduct customer discovery, user research, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Define product outcomes, KPIs, success measures, and post-launch learning plans.
- Evaluate how AI or automation could improve customer journeys or internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Master’s degree program in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Product Management, or Economics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and form hypotheses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
