About the role#
This internship provides experience in a civil or structural engineering environment. You will work in small groups alongside Senior Engineers to support our infrastructure projects. Interns receive hands-on training with structural analysis software and guidance from licensed professionals.
What you'll do#
- Perform structural analyses and generate reports.
- Perform civil site analyses and create road, grading, and stormwater designs.
- Confirm the accuracy of modification drawings.
- Support the creation of construction drawings for antenna equipment placement.
- Answer structure-related inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Work within existing processes to open analysis projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4 to 5 year college Engineering degree program, with a focus on Civil Engineering preferred.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with various functional groups.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
