About the role#
The MyBiz team builds technology solutions for Amway Business Owners. You will join a team that turns business needs into functional software. We work in an Agile environment where developers, analysts, and testers collaborate on real roadmap initiatives. You will work on production-ready projects rather than isolated practice tasks.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to active roadmap initiatives and enterprise projects.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
- Support the design, research, and implementation of technology solutions.
- Assist with enhancements for the Next Gen initiative.
- Develop user interface solutions to improve the experience for business users.
- Explore and support AI-related development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge in software engineering and programming.
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and user interface development.
- Technical curiosity and a desire to learn new business processes.
- Ability to work effectively within an Agile team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Ada Township, Michigan.
- You must be able to report to the office Monday through Thursday.
- Friday is an optional remote day.
