About the role#
This internship with the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence focuses on how Amway uses AI across the business. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and governance. The team manages AI adoption, evaluates costs and risks, and ensures that AI investments provide clear value. You will gain exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and help shape how AI evolves within the company.
What you'll do#
- Conduct an AI landscape assessment by interviewing stakeholders to identify current use cases and gaps.
- Research and analyze how employees use AI productivity tools to develop training materials and recommendations.
- Analyze data regarding AI usage, costs, and value to support governance and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather information and provide insights for future strategy.
- Present your findings to help the team drive responsible and effective AI adoption.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least your junior year of undergraduate study, or enrollment as a senior or Master’s-level student.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience using generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- A flexible mindset, the ability to work as a self-starter, and a collaborative approach as a team player.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Ada, Michigan.
- The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-person work Monday through Thursday with an optional remote day on Friday.
