About the role#
The Display Controls Department is looking for an Electrical Engineer Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on hardware design and improvements for PCBs. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
- Design and test various circuits.
- Assist with electronic and system documentation.
- Perform soldering and un-soldering of components on PCBs.
- Learn schematic capture and the fundamentals of PCB design.
- Use test equipment to gather data.
- Analyze technical problems alongside senior engineers.
- Organize and maintain the electronics lab.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- A strong desire to learn and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Previous experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing is preferred.

- Compensation: $31 to $41 per hour.
