    About the role#

    The Global Repair Factory Operations engineering team acts as the bridge between engineering innovation and manufacturing. This team handles high-complexity products by creating the documentation, fixtures, and tooling required to scale repairs and manufacturing across the global network. You will work on turning advanced technology into repeatable, production-ready solutions.

    What you'll do#

    • Design and release mechanical fixtures and tooling to enable safe, repeatable pilot builds and repairs.
    • Create and improve documentation, training content, and mechanical build procedures for pilot products.
    • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to debug build issues and standardize mechanical interfaces.
    • Drive engineering change discipline to ensure pilot outcomes are scalable and auditable.

    What you'll need#

    • BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Experience with Mechanical CAD and product definition tools like NX and GD&T.
    • Familiarity with PLM and configuration control processes such as Teamcenter.
    • Comfort working hands-on with hardware.
