About the role#
This is a paid internship for Summer 2026 based in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a Concessions Supervisor Intern, you will oversee daily operations at the University of Nebraska concessions area. You will work on-site to lead staff and maintain service standards during events.
What you'll do#
- Supervise concession staff during events.
- Manage inventory and supplies.
- Train new team members.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
- Provide direct service to patrons.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing programs.
- Experience in customer service.
- Leadership skills to guide a team.
