About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You will work on-site to support the HR team within a corrections environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Maintain and organize employee records.
- Conduct research for various HR projects.
- Help plan and run employee engagement activities.
- Join training and development initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR principles and practices.
- Ability to handle tasks in a busy environment.
