About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student worker lead position based at West Chester University for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site to oversee daily operations and support the student staff team.
What you'll do#
- Supervise student staff members across campus.
- Manage and assist with shift scheduling.
- Train new student workers on their responsibilities.
- Answer student inquiries and provide general support.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with university policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and train peers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
