About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in San Antonio, Texas, to support student worker operations at the University Center.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily tasks and activities for student workers.
- Create and coordinate staff schedules.
- Train team members and provide ongoing support.
- Handle administrative duties as needed.
- Track and report on team performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Experience or ability to lead and manage a team.
- Clear communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with how university operations function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
