About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will support Platform Design activities while working alongside experienced engineers. You will participate in the product development lifecycle and apply your academic knowledge to real engineering problems. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you'll do#
- Support Platform Design activities.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers through the product development lifecycle.
- Gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Work on industry projects to learn about core engineering roles.
- Apply classroom fundamentals to actual engineering problems in a product environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A strong interest in mechanical design and product development.
- A foundational understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
- Experience with or exposure to CAD tools.
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and comfort working in a collaborative engineering environment.

- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through May).
- Duration: 12 weeks.
- Work modality: On-site, full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
