About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site for 12 weeks, starting in January or February and ending in April or May. This role provides hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry by working with cross-functional teams in materials, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Map global materials movements by supplier, shipping method, and entry plant.
- Develop a Total Landed Cost tool to calculate costs including shipping, tariffs, taxes, duties, and other logistics expenses.
- Build what-if scenarios to test cost impacts for manufacturing tools in the US, Korea, and Singapore, as well as materials for spares warehouses.
- Perform full cost analysis based on shipping lanes, taxes, and destination countries.
- Propose models and processes to track landed costs in the future.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain, Analytics/AI, Finance, or Operations.
- Strong interest in or exposure to supply chain, cost modeling, or global operations.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or a strong interest in the field.
