About the role#
Entegris is seeking a Process Engineering Co-Op for a 6-month assignment at our Bedford, Massachusetts site. This full-time position runs from January through June 2027. You will work on-site to assist the process engineering team with daily operations and improvement projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with process improvements to support quality, cost, and output goals.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support day-to-day troubleshooting and production line activities.
- Perform data mining and analysis using Minitab to make recommendations.
- Conduct yield analysis and membrane characterization testing.
- Participate in Gemba walks to identify safety and lean improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree program.
- Proficiency in Excel and a data-driven, hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for co-op participation.
Location & details#
- Location: Bedford, Massachusetts.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- This position does not provide immigration sponsorship.
