About the role#
AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Project Controls Intern for our office in Miramar, Florida. This position is for the Summer 2027 term and offers the chance to gain hands-on experience within a large K-12 School District Capital Program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data and prepare reports for the school district capital program.
- Assist the Scheduler with monthly project schedule updates using Oracle P6.
- Collaborate with the Project Controls Analyst within the Trimble Unity Construct platform.
- Work alongside the cost estimator to perform quantity takeoffs for school renovation designs.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed at least 60 credit hours toward a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a larger team.
