About the role#
Axis is looking for an intern to help execute our event schedule at our Americas headquarters in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. This role focuses on the technical aspects and logistical coordination required for event execution. This is a paid, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist in managing logistics for assigned events and conferences.
- Learn tradeshow processes and the steps required to execute an event.
- Prepare technology for exhibits, including firmware updates and baseline product configurations.
- Maintain event materials and organize feedback for future improvements.
- Coordinate event registration and show services for staff.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Public Health.
- 0-1 years of experience in event coordination, technical work, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
