About the role#
The Automation Analyst Intern joins our 12-week Summer Internship Program to support enterprise automation initiatives. You will work within a regulated financial services environment to design and deliver scalable, low-code solutions that improve organizational efficiency. This role offers exposure to the full Software Development Life Cycle, from initial requirements analysis through deployment.
What you'll do#
- Develop, configure, and enhance automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including design, build, and deployment.
- Document functional requirements, technical designs, and process flows.
- Build and test workflows, integrations, and UI components.
- Support user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet compliance standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows while recommending optimizations.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business partners to deliver well-documented solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to design and deliver low-code solutions.
- Familiarity with documenting functional requirements and technical designs.
- Knowledge of automation tools for workflow and UI components.
- Experience supporting enterprise automation initiatives.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in San Diego, California.
- The program runs during the Summer of 2026.
